In which country can I use FieldInsight?
FieldInsight fully supports US, UK, NZ and Australian Businesses,it will work in any location with decent Googlemaps coverage. It is very flexible and will support the way you work. We have customers in the US, UK, AU, and NZ. Quoted prices are exGST (AUS). Any questions please just ask.
What are the benefits of a cloud based service such as FieldInsight?

Manage schedules, technicians and customers 24/7, anywhere from your mobile phone or computer. With FieldInsight everyone is on the same page, with instant updates to last minute job changes and messaging to keep on top of your schedule.
How much does it cost?
A subscription is billed monthly via automated charging to credit/debit card. You can cancel at any time. Our pricing is per user with volume businesses getting percentage % discounts on increasing bands of user count.
Is there an Onboarding/Implementation fee?
Yes, all implementations will be quoted an onboarding fee. This leverages our leading edge workflow automation framework that uniquely maps your business job workflows and set-up the relevant automations. This will be quoted when we understand your business better.
Can I schedule multiple drivers and trades?
Yes. FieldInsight provides simple tools for larger organisations to manage multiple drivers, regions and schedules. You can also add several technicians to one job.
Who pays for SMS messages?
You, the client using FieldInsight are responsible for SMS charges. A SMS is 160characters and charged at 15c per part. If a message character limit is greater than 160characters it will be 2 of more parts with each part chargeable at 15c. ie 2 parts will be 30c. SMS charges will be billed monthly and added to your subscription on the bill date each month. SMS messages sent from FieldInsight are sent from our server and not from individual phone numbers.
Can I manage Units in FieldInsight?
Yes, we have a Unit Management feature where you may allocate equipment/vehicles with technicians on to jobs. Please let us know if you have this requirement as Units are also billable users in the account.
Is FieldInsight tax deductible?
As a business expense FieldInsight is 100% tax deductible. For confirmation speak to your accountant or financial advisor.
What are the methods of payment?
FieldInsight is a monthly subscription, you load your debit/credit card to upgrade the account for payment to be automatically billed each month. We accept Visa or Mastercard.
Is my data secure?
Yes. FieldInsight employs industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. You have access to your data at anytime, there is a download feature which allows you to download all of your data any time you like.
Is data stored on my computer or phone?
No. All data is securely stored in our state of the art the web servers, this allows access to FieldInsight anywhere, anytime.
Are mobile features dependent on reception?
Yes. FieldInsight mobile features depend on an internet connection which is provided via your mobile signal or dedicated WIFI connection.
I have an old phone, can I still use FieldInsight?
You can access FieldInsight through any browser on your computer, phone or tablet, just open https://app.fieldinsight.com/ in your internet browser. All mobile features require a handset with access to the web. Your standard data charges apply.
How much data does FieldInsight use?
A driver in the field with 8 jobs a day for 5 days a week, using the mapping functionality extensively would use approximately 80MB in a month. With a data plan of 1Gig a month, FieldInsight would use less than 1%.
What do I need to use FieldInsight?
A web browser on any computer with Internet access for the scheduling. And/or for Mobile driver access: A mobile phone with Internet access. Mobile Apps are accesible through any browser on https://app.fieldinsight.com/

Who is FieldInsight for?
FieldInsight was originally designed with HVAC businesses in mind, they have very specific needs with lots of paperwork to keep track of.
